At US$3,600/oz gold, after-tax NPV5% is C$2.91B, IRR 35.2% and payback 1.8 years; 98% of mill feed is M&I. The project is fully funded through feasibility work, but permitting, a 13% higher US$1.05B initial capex and execution toward a 2028 construction decision remain key hurdles.
