VRCA (update): On August 27, Verrica completed enrollment in COVE-2, the first of two pivotal Phase 3 trials of YCANTH in common warts. A pre-specified interim analysis by an independent statistician confirmed that no additional patients are needed for adequate statistical power. Topline COVE-2 data are expected in Q1 2027, while COVE-3 is more than 50% enrolled and the rest of the program is anticipated by mid-2027.
