WDP (WDP Belgium): ARGAN expands the development platform and raises investment capacity
WDP.BR (update): Warehouses De Pauw’s proposed ARGAN combination would add an occupied French logistics portfolio, local operating platform and 750,000 sqm development pipeline, while lifting annual investment capacity from ~€500m to €700m from 2027. Expected 3% EPRA EPS accretion from 2028 is incremental to the existing >€2.00 2030 ambition. The ~6% implied acquisition yield and contracted rents limit reliance on a French leasing recovery, but completion still depends principally on a fiscal ruling.
