Transport Trade Services (TTS Romania): Industrial cargo lifts margins but low Danube levels threaten H2 volumes
TTS.RO (earnings): TTS delivered much stronger Q2 earnings despite limited top-line growth, as operating efficiency, fixed-cost absorption and a more profitable cargo mix lifted EBITDA almost 30% to RON30.2m and margin to 18.3% on 2.1% revenue growth. Management retained 2026 targets, but exceptionally low Danube levels are disrupting navigation and could delay cargo, weaken H2 utilisation and cause results to vary by roughly 10% depending on market conditions and hydrology.
