GSK (update): GSK trades at a cheap 9.3x consensus 2028 earnings and yields 4.3% while sensibly refinancing the bridge facility used for its $10.6bn Nuvalent acquisition. A €3.5bn four-tranche bond sale drew €11.6bn of demand and priced 25-30bps tighter than initial price thoughts; proceeds will partly repay the $11bn bridge, with Bloomberg reporting likely near-term dollar issuance to refinance the remainder.
