PEX.V (hold): Pacific Ridge is a longer-term hold after moving from discovery toward development, with roughly 3,000 metres of drilling underway at RDP and 2,500 metres at Kliyul, including the never-drilled M39 target. The 6-kilometre Kliyul trend already hosts a 334.1 Mt inferred resource at 0.33% CuEq and remains open. Despite investor concerns about low insider ownership, Frank Giustra’s backing provides sufficient alignment, and real upside is seen at the current valuation.
