Enterprise Group, management update after a record Q2, high growth at 6.9x FY27 EBITDA
E.TO (hold): Record Q2 revenue rose 36% to ~C$8.8M and EBITDA more than doubled, the fourth straight quarter of YoY growth in both lines. The thesis is Western Canada's diesel-to-gas shift, supported by LNG development, which cuts customers' fuel bills while improving reliability and emissions; the energy segment is expected to reach 50% of the business. Management expects Q3/Q4 margin improvement and strong 2027 demand. After rising 8% on results, the stock fell nearly 20% and trades at base-case estimates of 8.5x FY2026 and 6.9x FY2027 EV/EBITDA.
