TSN (overview): US protein giant (20% beef/chicken/pork share). Prepared Foods most profitable but stagnant growth; Chicken 15-20% share, capital-intensive, cyclical w/ grain prices; Beef highly cyclical w/ cattle herd (peak 3x earnings, but cycle not turning); Pork underperforms. 3x Net Debt/EBITDA, $1-1.2B FCF today ($3B at cattle peak). Trades $24-25B vs JBS $18B despite similar US ops + JBS has Brazilian biz. Not super attractive valuation.
