The fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-rate investment-grade corporate bonds that are rated BBB or higher by S&P or Fitch, or Baa or higher by Moody’s. The fund seeks to invest in securities with remaining maturity of greater than or equal to ten years.
