In addition, the company offers pre-sale management services, pre-sale display units and sales offices, pre-delivery inspection services, and car park sales services for non-property owners; community value-added services, including housekeeping and cleaning services, residential property agency services, exquisite residence services, car park management, and clubhouse operation. Further, it has commercial and residential contracted projects under management with aggregate gross floor area. The company was formerly known as China SCE Commercial Holdings Limited and changed its name to SCE Intelligent Commercial Management Holdings Limited in November 2020. SCE Intelligent Commercial Management Holdings Limited was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
