Northview’s primary purpose is to acquire, own, and operate a portfolio of income-producing rental properties in secondary markets within Canada. Northview was established under the laws of the province of Ontario. The head and registered office of Northview is located at Suite 200, 6131 6 Street SE, Calgary, Alberta, T2H 1L9. Northview’s Class A Units trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Northview Residential REIT was founded on April 14, 2020.
