The fund prefers to invest in Technology Industrials, Financials Consumer Discretionary, Health Care Consumer, Staples Basic Materials Telecommunications ,Energy Real ,Estate Net ,Liquid Assets. It seeks to invest in North America, South America ,Europe Asia, Australasia. The fund typically invests in the form of equity and equity-related instruments (which may include, without limitation, preference shares, convertible debt instruments, equity-related and equity-linked notes and warrants) issued by portfolio companies. The fund doesn’t make initial investment which exceeds the 10 percent of most recent net asset value of the portfolio company. The fund also doesn’t seek to make investments in excess of 19.9 or 20 percent of the value of portfolio companies. It invests in the companies having enterprise value of at least $500 million. The fund seeks to make long term minority investments.
