It owns 100% interest in the Kiskunhalas Tight Gas Sand Project comprising 32,500 acres covering an area of 135 square kilometers located in Pannonian Basin, southern Hungary. The company was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
