As of May 18, 2005, Adlex, Inc. was acquired by Compuware Corp. Adlex, Inc. develops and markets Internet software solutions for enterprises and service providers. Its product include Itvisibility, a service delivery management solution to monitor and measure the service levels delivered to customers as part of the company's Global Utility-Based IT (GUBIT) network. Additionally, it offers education and certification programs, design, implementation and deployment, infrastructure monitoring and analyses, and business process optimization services. Its clientele includes Morgan Stanley, Prudential Financial, Bellsouth, Verizon, and TNT. Adlex was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts with additional office in Gdansk, Poland.
