Socfinasia S.A. manages a portfolio of tropical oil palm and rubber plantations in Southeast Asia and Africa. It operates approximately 52,000 hectares of tropical oil palm and rubber plantations. The company’s products include palm oil; natural and synthetic rubber for tyres, manufactured articles, elastic thread, carpets, surgical protection products, condoms, glue etc.; and seeds. It also exports natural rubber primarily to Europe and the United States. The company was incorporated in 1972 and is based in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. Socfinasia S.A. is a subsidiary of Société Financière des Caoutchoucs S.A.
