As of November 2, 2006, Victor Industries Inc. was acquired by Ethos Environmental Inc. in a reverse merger transaction. Victor Industries, Inc. engages in refining a product made of zeolite used in fertilizers to reduce pollution of streams and rivers. The company extracts zeolite at a property in Owhyee County, Idaho, which is an ammonia absorbent, air purifier, and hazardous waste absorbent. Victor Industries was founded in 1926 as Omo Mining and Leasing Corporation and changed its name to Omo Mines Corporation in 1929. Later, it changed its name to Kaslo Mines Corporation in 1936 and to Victor Industries, Inc. in 1977. The company is based in Missoula, Montana.
