As of September 11, 2023, Magenta Therapeutics, Inc. was acquired by Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc., in a reverse merger transaction. Magenta Therapeutics, Inc. was formerly known as HSCTCo Therapeutics, Inc. and changed its name to Magenta Therapeutics, Inc. in February 2016.
