Alliance Bancorp was acquired by Charter One Financial Inc. on 07/02/2001. Alliance Bancorp a savings and loan holding company provides financial service products through its subsidiary, Liberty Federal Bank (the Bank). The Bank provides financial services through 19 full-service retail banking facilities in Chicago; north, west and southwestern Cook County; and Dosage County in Illinois.
