The Communications segment offers dial-up Internet access services under the NetZero and Juno brand names. This segment also provides mobile broadband, DSL, email, Internet security, Web hosting, voice, and other services. The Commerce & Loyalty segment provides loyalty marketing service under the MyPoints brand name. It also offers shopping through online portals, apps, and browser extensions. The Social Media segment provides social networking services and products under the StayFriends and Trombi brand names. This segment operates its social networking services as a platform to enable users to locate and interact with acquaintances from their past primarily with high school affiliations; and provides advertising opportunities to marketers through a suite of display, search, email, and text-link opportunities across various properties. It operates stayfriends.de, stayfriends.se, stayfriends.at, and stayfriends.ch in Germany, Sweden, Austria, and Switzerland; and trombi.com in France. As of December 31, 2015, this segment had approximately 32 million registered accounts. United Online, Inc. was founded in 2001 and is based in Woodland Hills, California. As of July 1, 2016, United Online, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of B. Riley Financial, Inc.
