As of November 1, 2007, Authorize.Net Holdings, Inc. was acquired by CyberSource Corporation. Authorize.Net Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides Internet protocol based payment gateway solutions for merchants in the United States and internationally. It manages the submission of payment transactions to the processing networks on behalf of merchant customers, as well as enable merchants to authorize, settle, and manage credit card and electronic check transactions through web sites, retail stores, mail order/telephone order call centers, and mobile devices.
