Galaxy Lithium (Ontario) Inc.

Lithium One Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration and development of mineral deposits in Canada and Argentina. Its flagship project includes the Sal de Vida lithium and potash brine project located at Salar del Hombre Muerto in Argentina. The company also holds interest in the James Bay Lithium Pegmatite Project, a spodumene pegmatite deposit in Quebec, Canada. It has a strategic agreement with Korea Resources Corporation for the development of Sal de Vida Lithium Brine project. The company was formerly known as Coniagas Resources Limited and changed its name to Lithium One Inc. in July 2009. Lithium One Inc. was founded in 1906 and is based in Toronto, Canada. As of July 3, 2012, Galaxy Lithium (Ontario) Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Galaxy Resources Limited.
