As of June 23, 2006, Comtrix Inc. was acquired by Lusora Corp., in a reverse merger transaction. Comtrix, Inc., a development stage company, engages in the development of fingerprint recognition software in the United States. It develops fingerprint recognition software that could be integrated with a complementary metal oxide semiconductor sensor and a computer to verify a person's identity. The company’s technology compares a person's fingerprint between the images stored in the computer and the image taken by the complementary metal oxide semiconductor sensor. It plans to develop fingerprint recognition products with its technology for residential buildings' security protection in the People’s Republic of China. The company’s product would be a fingerprint recognition-based building access control system and consists of a computer in which its fingerprint recognition software is installed; a complementary metal oxide semiconductor sensor; and an electronically controlled lock. Comtrix was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Reno, Nevada.
