Nushares ETF Trust - Nuveen High Yield Corporate Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC. The fund is co-managed by Nuveen Asset Management LLC. The fund invests in fixed income markets. It fixed income securities issued by corporations that are rated BB1 through B3, based on an average of Moody’s Investors Services, Inc. (“Moody’s”), S&P Global Ratings (“S&P”) and Fitch Ratings, Inc. (“Fitch”). The fund seeks to track the performance of the ICE BofA BB-B U.S. Cash Pay High Yield Constrained Index, by using representative sampling technique.
