The fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated investment grade floating rate securities with remaining maturities of greater than or equal to one month and less than five years and that are rated Baa3 by Moody’s or BBB- by S&P or Fitch. It seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Dollar Floating Rate Note < 5 Years Index, by using a representative sampling technique.
